Smoking cigarettes outside
Looking up the sky and seeing the birds
“What would be the best thing happening to you?”,
I ask thoughtfully.
Flying away
“I would …”, you say, following my gaze
“go away and live the life I always wanted,
Kissing the girl, the boy I want,
Not giving a damn about my parents
Or my neighbours
Or anyone else.”

Selma Lagerlöff ist die bekannte Autorin von “Die wunderbare Reise des kleinen Nils
Holgerson mit den Wildgänsen” und erhielt als erste Frau 1909 Nobelpreis für Literatur.
